Book Fair Week!
The school Book Fair is coming to Cumberland Road on December 2 through 6th. Students may visit the book fair during resource classes, and parents may visit on teh evening of December 5th, after the winter concert.
We have the best Cafeteria Staff at CRES!
We are so proud to announce that Cumberland Road Elementary School has the best Cafeteria! We already know that these ladies were amazing, but CCS has named our cafeteria Cafeteria of the Month of September! Congratulations Ladies!
Thanksgiving Holiday
Cumberland County Schools will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday November 27 through December 1. We look forward to welcoming the students and staff back on December 2nd.
Our Supporters Are the Best!
A group of churches donated more than 30 bags of groceries to Cumberland Road families this fall, we greatly appreciate their thought and generosity. More than 40 families will have a better thanksgiving due to the kindess of the community surrounding Cumberland Road Elementary School. Thank you to: New Hope Gospel Ministeries Inc., Fayetteville Cumberland County Ministerial Council, Integrity Global Ministeries, New Life Covenant Fellowship, Lewis Chapel Missionary Baptists Church, and Manna Chruch.
